Hello and thankyou for your question.

Once you have filled in and completed the form on our site you will be contacted by our stairlift company who will then arrange to come and survey your stair's free of charge just to first see if you can have a stairlift actually installed.

Then, once the survey is complete, and you know which stairlift you can have, then you will be given your option of either £500 of the cost of your fitted stairlift or you can upgrade to a power swivel seat so the choice is yours.

i WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT YES I DID GET £500 OFF THE COST OF MY STAIRLIFT IT WAS A NEW CURVED ONE AND I GOT A CHOICE OF SEAT COLOUR TO , SO I CHOOSE GREEN AS IT MATCHED MY CARPET.
USUALLY SOMETHING LIKE THIS IS USUALLY A COMPLETE CON AS MY NEIGHBOUR WARNED ME BUT NO VERY TRUE TO WORD THE GENTLEMAN IN QUESTION WAS VERY POLITE, AND NON PUSHY AND ADVISEDE MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER WHAT WAS INDEED NEEDED.
